mindfulness around taking your infection, traumas, dramas, confusion, polarity, lack, loss, unattended bits and bobs, baggage and toxicity into anyones space please – this may contribute to further rejection/judgement/alienating of your beautiful Self – this may directly and intimately contribute to someone getting defensive, which may contribute to them retreating to an emotional place, which may plummet them to the ‘old narrative’, where they may repeat the old, which you ‘indirectly’ contribute to, and maybe somehow be responsible for – you are here to bring, facilitate, HOLD, serve, share Light (and to learn from, transmute, transform and alchemise ancestral infections, etc.) – the infection, traumas, dramas, confusion, polarity, lack, loss, unattended bits and bobs, baggage, toxicity, etc., ought to be mindfully, compassionately, intently, consciously, actively, consistently and continually transmuted, transformed and alchemised – to mindfully refine, temper, finesse, smoothen rough edges, upgrade, teach us – so we can hold more Light, so that we can be MORE – which is required of us now, for Self, others, our ancestors, other things, the collective, etc. – unwaveringly, unadulteratedly, unapologetically, and WITHOUT excuses – ‘this’ is ESSENTIAL as it facilitates the increase, expansion and upgrade of our individual Light capacity, to hold more Light, to increase and expand our Light quotient – so that through us, more Light can be anchored here NOW – which directly and intimately facilitates our current accelerated and ongoing, planetary liberation and restoration processes – only an objective, intelligent, calm, internally still, observant, receptive student can navigate this appropriately, healthily, constructively and progressively – without repeating the ugly old, whilst multitasking with pioneering the beautiful new – perspective, choice, free freewill…
